Box Office Information
The CLICK IT or TICKET Box Office is located at the front entrance of the arena on the corner of Main and South Frontage Road.
Will Call Window
You may pick up tickets one (1) hour prior to the show. Customers must have actual credit card used, confirmation number and photo I.D. Will call generally closes one (1) hour after the start of an event.
Box Office will not release tickets to anyone other than the name given at the time the order was placed. If a patron wishes to authorize another party to pick up their tickets, the name must be entered in the account by Ticketmaster and the individual must have the confirmation number and a picture I.D.

Events starting at 4:00pm or later, the CLICK IT or TICKET Box Office will open five (5) hours prior to event time. Events starting prior to 4:00pm, the CLICK IT or TICKET Box Office will open at 10:00am.
*Events starting at 11:00am or earlier, the CLICK IT or TICKET Box Office will open at 9:00am.
Payment Accepted at CLICK IT or TICKET Box Office
The Box Office accepts Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. U.S. Currency Travelers Checks are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
Advanced Ticket Sales
Patrons attending events who wish to purchase tickets for future events may do so at the Advance Sales window located on the concourse level behind Section 101. The Advance Sales window remains open through intermission. If no intermission, the window will close one (1) hour after the start of the event.
Children's Tickets
Unless otherwise specified, all children 24 months and older MUST have a ticket and MUST occupy his or her own seat. Discounted tickets for children may be available for events. Age restrictions and availability of discounted tickets are determined by the event. Please note that certain shows may have their own policies for children's admission.

Accessibility Program
Arena at Harbor Yard is fully compliant with all ADA requirements. All areas of the facility are accessible including the main entrance, box office, concessions, restrooms and all seating areas including luxury boxes. Lift-arm or "Easy Access" seating is located throughout the arena.
Seating Areas: Seating areas vary according to the event. Permanent locations for patrons with special needs are located on all three concourse levels of the Arena and are accessible from the ground level via an elevator. Other locations may be available depending on the actual set up of the event. Please check with the box office for locations and availability of seating for patrons with special needs for specific events. In an effort to accommodate as many patrons with special needs as possible, patrons who require special needs seating are limited to one adjacent companion seat. The box office will attempt to accommodate larger parties in nearby seating when available.
Seating for the patrons with special needs must be purchased through the Arena box office either in person or over the telephone using a major credit card. Telephone orders are subject to a convenience charge. To order by phone call 203-345-2400.
Parking: Accessible parking is located in the Parking Garage on South Frontage Road for a fee. All vehicles requiring accessible parking must have the proper decals displayed from the rearview mirror or have a special license plate.
Elevators: Public elevators are available in Arena at Harbor Yard. Elevators are located at the Premium Seating entrance and the Box Office Lobby. These elevators are strictly designated as preferred use for guests with special needs during all events.
Restrooms/Concession: All public restrooms are designed to be accessible to our guests with special needs. Guests will find accessible features such as stalls, sinks, mirrors, paper towel dispensers and "family" restrooms with baby changing stations. All concession stands on the Concourse Level have counters that meet ADA height regulations.
Telephones: Accessible telephones are located on the Concourse Level of Arena at Harbor Yard.
Assistive Listening Devices: Infrared hearing devices are available for patron use free of charge at Guest Services located on the Concourse Level behind section 116. Patrons are required to leave their drivers' license.
Service Animals / Interpreting Services: Although animals are not allowed in Arena at Harbor Yard, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with special needs. Please contact Arena at Harbor Yard's box office about service animals and guests with special needs.
